Feast of Fish Cook and Dine
On our Feast of fish course you will learn the basic of skinning and filleting a fish as well as cooking yourself an excellent 3 course meal.
The evening will consist of cookery demonstrations by our chef Simon and an excellent cooking experience for you.
You will be using fresh ingredients and spices that can be sourced in your local supermarket so you can recreate these delicious dishes to impress your friends and family at home.
The menu for the evening will be:
- Pan fried Thai salmon fillet with red pepper and mango salsa.
- pan fired sea bass
- Bubble and squeak cake
- smoked bacon foam
- White chocolate raspberry cheesecake

A glass of wine with your meal
What happens on the evening?
You will be welcomed by our chef Simon and his assistant.
You will have the chance to meet other customers over a hot drink and some freshly made home baking.
On the night Simon will demonstrate some dishes and you will cook some before sitting down to enjoy your three course meal with a glass of wine.
You can bring your own bottle if you would like to drink more than a glass of wine.
