Turkish Cook and Dine

Learn the basics of authentic Turkish Cooking 

Under the expert tuition of our Turkish Chef, you will get a taste of authentic Turkish cuisine that will wow your friends and family when you cook for them at home.  

Bilge will take you through the steps of how to make: Karniyarik (stuffed aubergines), Turkish style rice, cacik and shephard’s salad

The Main meal will be Karniyarik (stuffed aubergine with mince meat) which Bilge will demonstrate before you make it yourself. This will be served with rice and accompanied by a Turkish Sheppard's Salad and a Cacik (tzatziki) and carrot yogurt Salad which bilge will prepare in advance.

For dessert there will prepare Stuffed apricot with clotted cream

What happens on the evening:

On arrival you will be welcomes by Bilge and offered some Turkish snacks and light refreshment (specialty teas and coffees are available to purchase).  The class will then be a mixture of demonstration and you making the food yourself. Once all the food is ready you will sit down to eat your meal and will be served with a glass of wine or a light refreshment.

  • Light refreshments and snack on arrival
  • 1 glass of wine with your meal.

You can also bring you own bottle if you would like to have more than one drink.
