Never attended a Cake Decorating course before? Don't worry, our tutor will be on hand to guide you through the course and will show you different techniques on how to make sugar flowers that are suitable for celebration cakes.
All the flowers that you create will then be put into a spray to show off to your friends and family.
THIS COURSE WILL TAKE ON 6 MONDAY EVENINGS STARTING MONDAY 28TH OCTOBER - MONDAY 2ND DECEMBER 6.30PM - 9.30PM.

Ever fancied trying venison? But not sure how to cook it?
Then come join our award winning chef Dereick at our Feast of Venison cookery evening.
Fresh, locally sourced wild venison will be supplied by the Highland Ridge Larder, who are based in Whitburn. They will do an introductory talk on the venison, including its health benefits.
After the introduction you will then sit down to a carpaccio of wild venison, prepared by Dereick before moving on to cook 2 more dishes using different cuts of meat. The night will then be finished off with a light dessert made by you.
Wine will be available to purchase on the night that will complement the dishes cooked.

The evening will begin with a warm welcome and homemade nibbles. Swiftly the cooking will begin.
