This exciting class is perfect for any curry connoisseur and / or beer enthusiast.

Under the guidance of our Chef you will use fresh ingredients to create authentic Indian dishes that will set your taste buds alive. This evening is suitable for all levels of experience as our team will be on hand to make everything easy.

You will be taken step by step through cooking a Chicken Dopiaza, a Lamb Rogan Josh, Vegetable Pakora and Raita.

Our Chef will have some Naan Bread dough ready for you and teach you how to cook it yourself.

Once all the cooking is over you will get the chance to be waited on and enjoy eating your meal with two bottled Beers included in the price.

JOIN US AT THE LARDER FOR OUR TURKISH COOK & DINE EVENING

UNDER THE EXPERT TUITION OF OUR CHEF, YOU WILL GET A TASTE OF AUTHENTIC TURKISH CUISINE THAT WILL WOW YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHEN YOU COOK FOR THEM AT HOME.  

On arrival you will be welcomed by our Chef and offered some Turkish snacks to enjoy whilst you settle into our wonderful Cook School.

WHAT BETTER WAY TO DRESS A CAKE THAN WITH SOME STATEMENT FLOWERS ADDING THAT EXTRA SPECIAL TOUCH. THEY LAST FOR YEARS AND MAKE A FANTASTIC KEEPSAKE.

Never attended a Cake Decorating course before? Don't worry, our tutor will be on hand to guide you through the course and will show you different techniques on how to make sugar flowers that are suitable for celebration cakes. 

All the flowers that you create will then be put into a spray to show off to your friends and family.

A Feast of Wild Scottish Venison

Ever fancied trying venison? But not sure how to cook it?

Then come join our award winning chef Dereick at our Feast of Venison cookery evening.

Fresh, locally sourced wild venison will be supplied by the Highland Ridge Larder, who are based in Whitburn.  They will do an introductory talk on the venison, including its health benefits. 

After the introduction you will then sit down to a carpaccio of wild venison, prepared by Dereick before moving on to cook 2 more dishes using different cuts of meat.  The night will then be finished off with a light dessert made by you.

Wine will be available to purchase on the night that will complement the dishes cooked.

Each of the two days will offer your young person the chance to prepare and cook a range of dishes some of which they will get to proudly bring home and some of which they will eat for lunch with the other young people attending.

Expert tuition will be provided by the Larder team and plenty of help will be on hand.
