Artisan Bread Making 3
Learn how to make a variety of breads by hand without advanced machinery under the guidance of our expert chef, Paul. You will be talked through and shown the process before having a go for yourself.
You will take away a great hands on cooking experience as well as the skills and recipes to recreate these delicious breads to impress your friends and family.
We will break up the day with a coffee break and lunch.

What happens on the evening?
You will be welcomed by our chef and assistant
You will have the chance to meet other customers over a hot drink and some freshly made home baking.
During the morning session we will make 2 types of bread plus a traditional pizza dough which we will use for our lunch.
The afternoon will continue with another baking session before finish at around 4pm
