WHY NOT COME ALONG TO OUR INTRODUCTION TO BAKING COURSE HERE AT THE LARDER WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE EXPERT TUITION FROM OUR RESIDENT CHEF.

Join us for an action packed Baking Day specially designed to provide you with a full range of skills and techniques to get you well on the way to creating fantastic baked goods at home.

Our day starts with a welcome bacon roll using our own freshly made rolls, before we start our journey.

WHAT YOU WILL MAKE:

  • Choux paste, which will then turn into Chocolate eclairs and Paris brest

  • Cinnamon Swills made with an enriched Yeast dough

  • Fat less sponge for a Swiss roll

  • Savoury tart

All of which you get to take home for your family and friends.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Containers to take your baked goods home with and a sense of fun.
