INTRODUCTION TO BREAD MAKING

WANT TO MAKE YOUR OWN BREAD BUT NOT SURE WHERE TO START? THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU.

This one day course is great for people who are looking to gain more confidence in making bread.

In this full day workshop you will learn how to make a variety of different breads from our expert chefs here at The Larder. The day will be broken up with a lunch break in our dining room, enjoying the pizza that you have made earlier that day.

  • Garlic Flat Bread

  • Soda Bread

  • Focaccia

  • Chelsea Buns

  • Pizza

WHATS INCLUDED:

  • All ingredients

  • Use of equipment and aprons

  • Pizza for lunch

  • Containers for your bread to take home
