THEN COME AND LEARN SOME OF THE SECRETS OF THE TRADE.
The Larder are holding a 6-week introduction to cake decorating course where you will learn how to work with sugarpaste (also known as fondant), and you will be introduced to piping with Royal Icing.
During the course you will work on dummy cakes, learning how to design and coat the cake, making sugarpaste flowers and handmade models. You will also learn trick and tips on how to use silicone moulds.
By the end of the course you will design, carve and complete a novelty cake of your choice all under the guidance of our Tutor who has almost 40 years experience designing and completing celebration cakes.
THIS COURSE TAKES PLACE ON 6 MONDAY EVENINGS FROM 10TH SEPTEMBER THROUGH TO 15TH OCTOBER.
