Ever fancied trying venison? But not sure how to cook it?
Then come join our award winning chef Dereick at our Feast of Venison cookery evening.
Fresh, locally sourced wild venison will be supplied by the Highland Ridge Larder, who are based in Whitburn. They will do an introductory talk on the venison, including its health benefits.
After the introduction you will then sit down to a carpaccio of wild venison, prepared by Dereick before moving on to cook 2 more dishes using different cuts of meat. The night will then be finished off with a light dessert made by you.
Wine will be available to purchase on the night that will complement the dishes cooked.
